Our design rendering process is a collaborative effort. Your design fee is determined during the on-site design estimate visit and based upon the project scope and property size.

What you can expect during a design estimate
We are big advocates on setting expectations early. Here’s what you can expect when scheduling a design on-site estimate:
- 1. You'll be joined by a Project Manager and a Designer
- 2. Walk the property and discuss concepts
- 3. Determine the design fee and approve with our team is on-site
- 4. Our team gets to work on the spot. We begin measuring topography
