This Redmond property came to us as a large, flat, open yard with dying grass, hard compacted soil, and no real structure or function. The clients had a clear vision: a low-maintenance, clean, and modern outdoor space, but no clear direction on how to bring it together. The yard had potential but nothing to show for it.
Our design team walked through the full wish list and mapped out a complete plan before anything was built. The finished space runs across four dedicated entertainment zones tied together by clean hardscape, a central Aquascape water feature, and custom landscaping. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen anchors one end, a fire pit and hot tub hold the lounge area, and a putting green with artificial turf rounds out the layout. Techo-Bloc pavers, TimberTech decking, In-Lite landscape lighting, and a full irrigation system run throughout. The result is a cohesive, resort-style backyard that is built to be used and easy to maintain.
